MOANA’S PARENTS IN COURT OVER BURIAL DECISION AS THE DRAMA CONTINUES

High Court has cancelled Moana’s burial order as the deceased’s parents have failed to reach an agreement concerning the send ceremony for their daughter.
In an interview with TechMag Tv journalist, the late Michelle’s mother, Yolanda Kuvawonga said they have received an urgent chamber application in the morning claiming that the burial order was cancelled.
“In the morning we have received papers from High Court, urgent chamber application, that says the burial order has been cancelled by the court. So we are waiting to go to court.”
However, the burial decision has is now in the hands of the judges even though the paternal family of Moana have refused to accept the court papers.
“Moana’s father has refused to accept the papers from the court but the case is in court already and the decision is now in the hands of the court,” said Kuvawonga.
The Parirenyatwa morticians also confirmed that Moana’s father came back last night, 19 November 2020, without the knowledge of his however but however the authorities have refused to release the body.
“Moanna’s father and other family members came back yesterday to collect the body around 7 oclock in the evening but they were not given the body because the mother was not around,” said one of the morticians.
The burial of late fitness trainer was first supposed to be conducted on Wednesday at Zororo Park Cemetery along Seke Road and was later moved to Thursday and again to Friday before being called off again as her parents could not agree on how it is going to be conducted.
Meanwhile, Kuvawonga has revealed that they have agreed with Moana’s father concerning the burial of their daughter but however the paternal family disappeared with the burial order.
