My life is in danger: Marry Mubaiwa

Vice President Constantino Chiwenga’s divorced wife, Marry Mubaiwa said her life is in danger as unidentified people are following her.

Speaking to journalists, Marry said she is being followed and her calls are also being monitored.


“I am very much afraid for my personal life at the moment. I am living in fear. I just don’t know why I am being stalked and my calls being monitored. They want me dead and are using every trick in the book and if anything happens to me, there would be no witnesses.”


She further added that unidentified people came to her office on Monday when she came from court, with an unregistered vehicle and took pictures.


“On Monday, while I was coming from court, I was told that an unregistered Mazda BT50 with three people was parked at my offices. The people were taking pictures.”


Marry also said all what she is being charged against were all cooked up in order to fast track their divorce as well as punishing her.


“All what I am being charged for, are all a way of punishing me, he is cooking up everything against me.”


She further asserted that she is being denied access to her children and authorization to get clinical treatment outside the country state is refusing to give release her passport after she experienced extreme injuries from a bomb explosion at the White City Stadium, Bulawayo in June, 2018.
