Ginimbi Family accepts unsigned Will, Kit Kat to get a Lamborghini

Relatives and friends of the late socialite and businessman Genius Ginimbi Kadungure Wednesday accepted an unsigned will which gives the deceased’s best friend ‘Kit Kat’ a Lamborghini while other assets will be under the family trust.

Ginimbi’s father, Mr Anderson Kadungure, the deceased’s two sisters, Ms Zodwa Mkandla and Mr Nomatter Zinyengere, Ginimbi’s friend met at the Master of High Court in Harare where they unanimously agreed on using the unsigned document for administration of the estate.

According to the will, all assets including cars and companies will be under the Genius Kadungure Trust while his Domboshava mansion will be converted into a hotel operating under the said trust.

The deceased’s father was entitled to earn 10 percent of profits generated in the trust while his sisters Nelia and Juliet will get 30 percent each.

Zinyengere, has last week registered the deceased’s estate and filed a will that was not signed.

The Master of High Court has however officially accepted it and Patricia Darangwa was appointed as the executor in terms of the will.

Darangwa, the executor to the estate, will be responsible for choosing the trustees from Ginimbi’s father, two sisters and Kit Kat.

Ginimbi died on the spot on November 8 when his speeding Rolls Royce collided head-on with a Honda Fit and veered off the road and hit a tree before catching fire.
