Sacked Health minister Obadiah Moyo trial date has been set to January 11 2021 while being out of bail following his one day arrest in June this year.
Moyo is facing charges of his involvement in NatPharm’s unprocedural contract with Drax International LLC to supply medicines and surgical sundries, and criminal abuse of office.
He appeared before Harare magistrate Ngoni Nduna on Tuesday for routine remand.
In June Moyo was granted bail for 50,000 Zimbabwean dollars.
Following the drax scandal Moyo was sacked from his position as the Heatlhy Minister.
