ZINASU president Takudzwa Ngadziore has been granted bail by Justice Foroma and ordered to stay 500m away from Impala Car Rental.
The ZINASU leader spent close to 30 days in detention following his arrest while addressing the media near Impala Car Rental.
He was charged with violating his bail conditions which required him to stay 100m away from the car rental company
Ngadziore had been demanding information about the abduction of Tawanda Muchehiwa in which one of Impala cars was used during the abductions.
He has been banned from public gatherings , ordered to surrender his passport and to police every Friday.
His release comes after ZINASU members yesterday demonstrated and locked up Impala Car Rental workers inside their shop demanding they release their leader.
