In a leaked 26 minutes phone conversation, the duo questioned Mnangagwa’s wisdom or lack of it in his recent appointment of a little known politician, Soda Zhemu and several current ministers.
Zhemu, a Muzarabani North Member of Parliament was recently appointed Minister of Energy and Powerful Development, replacing Fortune Chasi who was fired under unclear circumstances.
Mliswa is audibly heard saying Mnangagwa should not appoint people without ZANU PF credentials.
He directly attacks current ministers who have never stood by Lacoste, a ZANU PF faction which kicked out then competitor G40 from the ruling party.
The conversation also exposes high corruption activities in state institutions like ZACC, ZESA, ZRP, Prisons among others.
