Zimbabwe Produces Best UN International Diplomat Award, Falcon’s Ngulube

Zimbabwe this week produced the world’s best International Diplomat Ward evidenced by Falcon College’s student Mutsawashe Ngulube scooping the title beating hundreds who battled for the same honour internationally.

Speaking to TechMag TV, Mutsawashe Ngulube was excited about this award which sets him up as a cut above the rest of the international world students.

The international Model United Nations (MUN) took place this week in Instabul, Turkey simulating and modelling the United Nations to expose the participating youth to the global economic, political and social affairs to enable them to be the leaders of the future and find plausible solutions to bring about peace and unity. Individuals take about roles of delegates to represent different countries and engage in a discourse of diplomacy and leadership to solve world crisis.

Future Leaders Model United Nations (FLMUN) is a renowned United Nations Simulation Conference that intents to bring enthusiastic young leaders from across the globe under one roof to discuss and exchange their opinions on issues which are plaguing the present world.

FLMUN presents young diplomats with an opportunity to connect with like-minded people who aspire to play their part in changing the world and dream to become the leaders of tomorrow by inculcating them with skills such as diplomacy, negotiations, drafting and Public Speaking.

The Zimbabwean champion got more than he bargained for in scooping the top prize.Ngulube earned himself a chance to Collaborate and discuss solutions for rising global issues,

Diplomacy and Lobbying, Skill Set, as well as a
Series Of Activities.

The Grand Symposium
Future Leaders Model United Nations (FLMUN) Ngulube took part in featured an International Grand Symposium where
acclaimed personalities and distinguished speakers from across the Globe delivered talks on the main theme of the conference and guide aspiring diplomats on their way towards Leadership.

The General Assembly, an actual simulation of the United Nation’s Rules and Procedures saw Mutsawashe and other Young Diplomats role-play as the official representatives of their assigned countries debating and negotiating to solve most important crisis’ that the world is facing today.

Mutsawashe also took part in a Diplomatic Dinner, another formal affair of Future Leaders MUN where the aspiring young diplomats got an opportunity to interact and socialize with their esteemed fellow diplomats over a delicious meal.

Envoys and representatives of various Governmental and Non Governmental Organizations were present in this dinner so that the aspiring diplomats could have a one-on-one interaction with them and can seek guidance in the field of their expertise.

Mutsawashe had an opportunity to experience the Istanbul City Tour as it would have been unfair not to have a tour of the magical and majestic city of Turkey. i.e Istanbul and so, at the end of Future Leaders MUN, a city tour was arranged where delegates experienced the wonders of this beautiful city and had the time of their lives.

Not to be outdone was taking part in the Cultural Night considering the world over, cultures are beautiful and fascinating and therefore all of them at FLMUN arranged a cultural night where everyone joined wearing their cultural dresses and giving delightful and alluring performances adding fun to the overall diplomatic experience.
