Zimbabwean football legend and former Dynamos and Zimbabwe Saints tearaway winger Andrew “Amai Maria” Kadengu has been hospitalised with a stroke at Chinhoyi Hospital, TechnoMagTv has learnt.
A family member close to the proceedings confirmed the development before adding that Kadengu has developed right side body stroke,
“Is sad that Andrew has a stroke. As we speak, he is admitted to Chinhoyi Hospital Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and as a family, we doing the best that we can to assist him. But the situation is not looking good, however, we remain optimistic,” said the family member.
Kadengu, a football legend of repute, played for a number of clubs in the country including DeMbare and Zimbabwe Saints among others, where he terrorized defenders before venturing into football coaching and administration.
