CBZ Introduces Digital Mall

Commercial Bank, CBZ has unveiled its digital mall that enables customers to buy groceries, furniture, ZESA tokens, make bill and tuition payments online.

Additionally, customers can also buy airtime, pay for WIFI and accommodation to the available options from the online mall.

The e-commerce platform was developed by Mutapa Co- an entity that builds ecommerce infrastructure for business to business merchants and small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in emerging markets by providing them an end-to-end engine which allows them to setup online store fronts, inventory and payments.

CBZ partnered Mutapa in 2021, at the height of Covid, to give retailers and brands new capability to respond to the consumer-driven world by giving them the ability to accept Visa and Mastercard payments online.

It is till recently that CBZ officially introduced the digital mall concept.
