Norton Independent Lawmaker Temba Mliswa has described the arresting of a 67-year old suspect in connection with the Murehwa violence as an insult.
Mliswa on his micro-blogging social media platform emphasised that the youths were the ones that assaulted the old people, not the other way round and those youths must be arrested instead.
“Now what is this! @PoliceZimbabwe have arrested a 67 year old man over the Murehwa violence is actually an insult. From the video it’s very clear that those were youths whoasulted the old people. We need the police to arrest those Border Gezi youths first!” said Mliswa.
