The capital is abuzz with the confirmation of Delta Beverages’ Castle Lager National Braai day which is going to be held this Saturday at Old Hararians Sports Club under the theme “Our Beer, Our Braai, Our Friends.”The Braai day comes after a two year sabbatical due to the impact of the Covid-19 which saw most activities being halted in a bid to curb the rampant spread of the virus.

In a statement, the event organisers, Delta Corporation promised an unforgettable event and invited fans to come in their numbers.

“Our Beer, Our Braai, Our Friends, we can finally celebrate summer and bring together our consumers, over the things they enjoy the most.”

The event has an array of entertainment lined up for the audiences with the likes of Winky D, Freeman, Enzo Ishall and Nutty O giving performances to keep the crowd glued to the stage.

The artistes will be accompanied by various Djs namely Etherton B, Abisha Palmer, Naida and DJ Andile Brown. These top notch personalities are the best in the entertainment industry and the fans will get value for their money during the event.

Beer will be sold at pump prices a development that has been widely endorsed by fans across the capital; this was also the case at the Castle Tankard event held earlier this year.
“I can’t wait to be a part of the biggest national event of the year, it has been a while since we had something of this magnitude due to the effects of the Covid-19 induced reactions, I will not miss this day for anything,” said Tapiwa Shonhiwa, a Zambezi lager enthusiast.

Silence Mataure who never misses any of the Delta Corporation events, said he has been anticipating this day and is ready to go having already secured tickets through the online purchasing platform.
“I already have my tickets and am working so fast that all my work will be done by Friday, I don’t want anything to be in my way for the braai fest,” he said.

Tickets are going for $10 and $50 for the VIP section and will be accompanied by a complimentary braai pack from the company’s trusted supplier and a castle draught beer.
