In a cabinet reshuffle announced last night, President Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed Honourable Evelyn Ndlovu as the new Minister of Environment, Climate and Wildlife with immediate effect.
The appointment follows a press statement issued by the Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr. Martin Rushwaya.
Honourable Ndlovu, who previously served as the Minister of State for Matabeleland South Provincial Affairs and Devolution since 2023, replaces Dr. Sithembiso Nyoni.
Dr. Nyoni was relieved of her duties approximately two weeks prior to this new appointment.
