One of the lawyers representing Citizen Coalition for Change (CCC) interim secretary general Sengezo Tshabangu, who the party has labelled as an imposter after his infamous recalls, has said the arguments in court today revealed that his client is part of the CCC set-up and took part in the selection of CCc candidates ahead of the national elections.
Speaking to journalists after the court session, advocate Nqobani Sithole said, that arguments that took place in the court pointed out that Tshabangu is a credible member of the CCC and he was one of the people who signed papers of candidates who went on to represent the party in August 23 plebiscite.
“Tshabangu is the interim secretary general of CCC, anyone who challenges that must come to court,” said Sithole
