Harare Magistrate Dennis Mangosi granted the warrant but gave the state up to friday this week to wrap up investigastions into the triple murders.

The accused had opposed the warrant through his lawyer and also raised a lot complaints. He claimed that he endured a tough time in police custody and had not slept well.
“They added another pair of handcuffs on me and hanged me on a bar, i did not sleep, i want legal representation,”he told the courts.
