NetOne has recorded 92% in its timeous response to faults raised by subscribers, the 2022 Consumer Satisfaction Report has revealed.
Econet came second with 47% while Telecel had 28%. The operator also scored 61% in its engagement with customers on the mobile networks’ toll free service, Econet followed with 54% and Telecel recorded 52%.
The Consumer Satisfaction Survey is a form of research in which the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) conducts to find out customer views on issues that indicate how well or how badly companies in the telecoms, postal and courier services are performing.
Satisfaction surveys also help businesses, in understanding of customers’ requirements and concerns.
