Dynamos Appoints Herbert Maruwa as Head Coach

The Harare giants Dynamos Football Club has appointed Herbert Maruwa as the new technical team with immediate effect.

Maruwa will be replacing Tonderai Ndiraya whose contract is set to expire on the 31 December 2022.

In a statement Dynamos Spokesperson Tinashe Farawo confirmed Maruwa’s appointment.

“Dynamos Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of a new technical team for the 2023 season.

“The Club has immediate effect appointed Mr Herbert Maruwa as Head Coach of the senior team.

“His assistants will be announced in due course.

“The Club would like to wish Mr Maruwa success in his new placement.

“For and on behalf of Dynamos Football Club.”

Maruwa worked as a junior coach at Dynamos and groomed players Leeroy Murape, Partson Jaure and many others, before joining the first technical team department under former Dynamos Head Coach Kalisto Pasuwa.

He coached Black Mamba in Swaziland and he also coached Mbabane Highlanders in 2017.

Maruwa also served as the head coach of Black Rhinos Football Club for five years.
