ZRP Appeals For Information To Nab Robbery Suspects

The ZRP is appealing for information which may assist in the investigations of a case of armed robbery which occurred on Tuesday at around 1235 hours at a certain house along Heyman Road, Bulawayo.

Two unknown suspects, armed with an unidentified small firearm, approached the complainant, who is a registered gold buyer, claiming that they were selling 50 grams of gold before ransacking the house and stealing US$350 000 cash, a CCTV HDI server and a main gate remote.

In a related development,the ZRP confirms that investigations are being conducted in connection with the discovery of four bodies of male adults on on the 11th of this month at a bushy area near 174 KM peg along Harare –Nyamapanda Road, Suswe Pass, Mudzi, Mutoko.

The police said that they suspect that the four bodies were foreigner who were being trafficked outside the country and could have been dumped after suffocating in a container.

meanwhile the ZRP has engaged the INTERPOL to help identify the bodies.
