The police Launches Manhunt For Beitbridge Prison Escapee

Police in Beitbridge have launched a manhunt for a convict who escaped from the ZPCS Beitbridge Prison on Monday.

The police confirmed the development via their social media pages.

The ZRP is appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of Vusumuzi Ndou (26), who escaped from ZPCS Beitbridge Prison on 24/10/22 at around 1130 hours. Anyone with information to report at any nearest police station,” Tweeted the police

In a related story,the ZRP is investigating two cases of theft of a motor vehicle that occurred in Dema and Masvingo, where both motorists parked their cars and left the keys on the ignition ports of the unattended vehicles.

The first vehicle is a white Honda Fit (AFT 0460) stolen on Sunday at Murisa Business Centre, Dema.

The other car is a Toyota Fun Cargo (AEK 0854) stolen in Mucheke D, Masvingo, on 24/10/22. Anyone with information to report at any nearest Police station.
