CCC Members’s Trial Fail To Kickstart – Magistrate In No Show

Trial of the five Citizens Coalition for Change members has been postponed after the Magistrate failed to turn up for the case.

Cecilia Chimbiri , Makomborero Haruzivishe , Denford Ngadziore, Allan Moyo and Stanley Manyenga are being accused of participating in a gathering with intent to promote public violence.

In a separate trial  (CCC) members Joana Mamombe and Cecilia Chimbiri’s ruling in an application for discharge has been postponed to Monday after the deputy chief Magistrate Faith Mushure failed to turn up.

The trial was postponed to 31 October 2022
