Members of the Magaisa Family has invited Zimbabweans to the memorial service of the late Dr Alex Tawanda Magaisa.
Elslie Magaisa on her social media platform took a tweet to invite Zimbabwean to attend the memorial service.
The memorial service will take place at Magaisa Village, Njanja, Sadza in Chikomba District on the 29th of October 2022 at 11am to 1pm.
“Hello everyone. The Magaisa family invites you all to the Memorial-Nyaradzo service for mukoma Alex on Saturday the 29th of October 2022 kumusha kuNjanja. You are all welcome as we remember a legend who is sadly missed,” she said.
Law Expert Magaisa succumbed to cardiac arrest in June 2022 in the United Kingdom where he was based.
In 2013, Magaisa announced on Facebook he had been diagnosed with a heart problem.
Magaisa was a lecturer of law at the Kent Law School of the University of Kent and served as the Advisor of the then Prime Minister of Zimbabwe Morgan Tsvangirai from 2012-2013.
