By MDC Alliance President Advocate Nelson Chamisa has blasted the Harare City Council (HCC) following its directive which will see cyclists paying clean fees.
Posting on his microblogging twitter handle, Adv Chamisa described HCC as council with poor leadership as bicycles have become the only substitute for those failing to afford transport fares.
MDC Alliance president further name the government as ‘Kakistocracy’ meaning government by the least suitable or competent citizens of a state.
President of Transform Zimbabwe, Jacob Ngarivhume also describe the move by HCC as ridiculous as the directive came unexpectedly and shocking.
This came after the HCC tase directed all bicycle owners to pay cycle fee to the city.
