Zimbabwe National Students Union (ZINASU) president Takudzwa Ngadziore bail hearing has been postponed to October 1 by the High Court Judge.
Ngadziore appeared before the High Court on Tuesday for his bail appeal after he was denied bail last week at the Magistrate Court.
Commenting on the bail hearing Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights (ZLHR) said in a statement, “ZINASU leader [Takudzwa Ngadziore] will have to spend more time in jail awaiting the outcome of his bail appeal filed by Webster Jiti of (the ZLHR).
” High Court Judge postponed hearing and determination of his matter to Thursday to allow the State to file its response to his freedom bid.”
Ngadziore was arrested on charges of allegedly protesting against Impala Car Rental vehicle use in the abduction of Tawanda Muchehiwa.
